c. AI Scan & Face Data

If you opt in to use our AI Scan features, we may collect:

• Facial images and/or body images

• Facial landmarks and characteristics (e.g., tone, acne, aging signs)

• AI-generated insights (e.g., wellness scores or suggestions)

Important Notes on Face Data:

• This data is only used to generate personalized skincare, fitness, and appearance recommendations.

• We do not use face data for identification, authentication, facial recognition, surveillance, or tracking.

• Face data is not sold or shared with third parties and is stored securely on encrypted servers.

• You can delete your face data at any time via app settings.

• Unless opted in for retention, face data is automatically deleted within 30 days of upload.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve the YouGlow app

• Generate personalized wellness and appearance recommendations using AI

• Provide customer support and manage your account

• Analyze app usage trends, crashes, and feature effectiveness

• Send optional marketing communications with your consent

Face data uploaded for AI Scan is automatically deleted after 30 days, unless you opt in to retain your data for future use or to help improve our AI models. Users may delete their data at any time from within the app.

• Correct inaccurate or outdated data

• Delete your data, including any uploaded images

• Withdraw consent to data use at any time

• Delete your entire account
