1. Introduction

Welcome to YouGlow. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the YouGlow mobile application and associated services (collectively, the “Service”), which are operated by YouGlow Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you understand, accept, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using YouGlow, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old,

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and

• You are not barred from using the Service under applicable laws.

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor has submitted personal data, we will promptly delete it.

3. How YouGlow Works

YouGlow uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze images of your face and/or body that you upload to the app. Based on this analysis, YouGlow provides personalized suggestions related to appearance, skincare, wellness, grooming, fitness, and lifestyle.

4. Consent to Face & Body Scanning

By using the Service, you explicitly consent to:

• Uploading images of your face and/or body,

• The use of AI to analyze these images,

• The processing and storage of these images as described in our Privacy Policy.

Some scans may be processed using secure third-party AI providers under strict confidentiality terms. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes,

• Only upload content you own or have permission to use,

• Not use YouGlow to harass, impersonate, or harm others,

• Not use bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineering tools on our platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to the in-app billing terms,

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period,

• Refunds are managed by the respective app store, not YouGlow directly.

7. Ownership and License

YouGlow owns all intellectual property rights to its software, brand, and content, excluding the images or personal content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant YouGlow a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

8. Data and Privacy

We take privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy outlines what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Key points:

• AI scans may be stored temporarily to generate personalized suggestions,

• We do not sell your personal data,

• You may request deletion of your data at any time.

9. Medical & Health Disclaimer

YouGlow is not a medical service. The app’s suggestions do not replace professional advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

You use the Service at your own risk. Always consult a licensed physician, dermatologist, or qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns.

10. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

YouGlow is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties or guarantees that the app:

• Will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions,

• Will provide accurate or effective results,

• Will meet your expectations or intended outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouGlow Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits,

• Damages arising from your reliance on any information provided by the Service.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or rely on third-party platforms or services. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the community.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt resolution with us first by contacting support@youglow.ai. If unresolved, all claims will be subject to final and binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC, unless local law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version in the app and update the “Effective Date” at the top. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
